Order of Events:
Event 1: Kaos Throwing Bags over 4M Frame
Up to 4 bags as fast as possible. Fastest time with heaviest bag wins.
Beginners: 4, 5, 6 & 7KG Bags
Novice: 7, 8, 9 & 10 KG Bags
Inters: 9, 10, 11 & 12KG Bags
Event 2: Axle Press for Reps
As many reps as possible, floor to overhead.
Beginners: 35KG
Novice: 45KG
Inters: 55KG
Event 3: Deadlift for Reps
Athletes must do 3 reps on first bar, then as many as possible on 2nd.
Beginners: 85KG then 100KG
Novice: 100KG then 130KG
Inters: 120KG then 150KG
Event 4: DW Strength Farmers run
Carry farmers 30 Metres, drop & turn every 10. Fastest time wins.
Beginners: 55KG Per Hand
Novice: 70KG Per Hand
Inters: 80KG Per Hand
Event 5: Sandbag to Shoulder Medley
Working Lightest to Heaviest: Shoulder each bag twice. Fastest time wins.
Beginners: 30, 40 & 50KG Bags
Novice: 40, 50 & 60KG Bags
Inters: 50, 60 & 70KG Bags
Once all events are done; we’ll wrap up with the podium where all of our athletes, after all their hard work, take their hard-earned rewards!
